- I'll text you on the WhatsApp number you provide with your order within 3 business days (excluding weekends) to confirm the date you'll receive your reading (I schedule it by order of purchase) and to ask for any additional information needed to complete it. ✨
- On the day of your reading, you'll receive it via WhatsApp at or before 5 p.m., with instructions to follow, a photo of your reading, and the audio recording that you can download and listen to over and over again. 📆
- Then you can vent with me and ask me your questions on WhatsApp, so I can provide support wherever you need it. 📲
📆 Estimated delivery time (per purchase order):
- If you choose to receive your reading during a regular appointment, you will receive it within 4-10 business days.
- If you choose to receive it as soon as possible, I will put you on the waiting list to see you within 24-72 business hours.
🚨 Important information: Readings are not delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Weekdays are Monday through Friday.

Sure! To pay by ATH Móvil, you'll need to follow these steps:

4. After that, where it says payment, select "ATH Móvil" and follow the on-screen instructions . 📱
👀 If you place your order using this method, you'll have 1 hour to send the money after formalizing the order . If you don't receive it, I'll contact you to follow up, because all products must be paid for in full BEFORE being packaged and shipped. 📦

What happens after my payment and when will I receive my reading?
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
I will then contact you via WhatsApp within 3 business days (excluding weekends) to request the information you need for your reading and will tell you the date you will receive it (organized by purchase order).
On the day of your reading, I will send you your audio, reading photo, birth chart photo, and everything included via WhatsApp at or before 7 p.m.
After you listen to your reading, I'll be available to answer your questions, concerns, or vent via audio or text, and to provide support via WhatsApp with whatever you need.

Do I have to tell you about my situation before receiving the reading?
Yes, it's very important that you share a clear context about the situation you want to resolve when you contact me via WhatsApp. This reading isn't about me guessing to see if I can "hit it," but rather about channeling precise, direct, and focused information that will help you break the stagnation in that specific area of your life .
When you don't share the context, the message can fall short, be scattered, or even confuse you further, because I'm not here to guess among thousands of possible scenarios. I'm here to help you with clarity and depth on what's really bothering you.

I also do not disclose the names or surnames of the people I treat without their consent.
I've read letters for people with important titles, public figures, and even relatives of close people who didn't want anyone to know they had their letters read with me... and that's how it remains. That level of respect is sacred to me.
Now, if you decide to leave me a review with your first and last name, that name will appear publicly on my page along with your review. But if you prefer to remain anonymous, you also have the option to submit it that way. I honor your decision, whatever it may be.
